On scheduled intervals (yearly or bi-yearly), every piece of equipment will be examined and labeled as professionally inspected. A report will also be provided for your records to be used in the event of a DOH inspection.
Should a device need to be repaired, our technician will diagnose the problem, and provide a quote for the cost of repair, as well as advise you on whether it may be preferable to replace rather than fix the unit. Once the quote has been approved, the technician will procure the required parts and make the necessary fix either on- site or at our repair facility when necessary.
Should equipment fail between scheduled visits, the facility can contact MedAir and we will have a technician inspect it on site or arrange to have it delivered to our repair facility. No repairs will be made without prior approval and consultation with the administrator or maintenance director.
